The Limassol District Local Government Organisation (EOA Lemesos) informs the public that in recent days, there have been reports of misleading phone calls in which scammers falsely claim to represent the Organization and request sponsorships for the alleged publication of a book on behalf of EOA Limassol.
It is clarified that the Organisation has no involvement in these actions, which constitute an attempt at fraud.
The public is urged to be particularly cautious and not to respond to such incidents. If you receive a phone call of this nature, please report it immediately to the relevant Authorities.
EOA Lemesos remains at the public's disposal for any clarification or information.
