Payment of sewerage and water supply charges may be made by:
1. Automatic payment by standing order – DIRECT DEBIT: Those who wish to join the system may complete the relevant application forms: Application for Sewerage Bill Settlement by Standing Order – EOA Lemesos and Application for Direct Debit Mandate – EOA Lemesos (Water Supply), and sign the form. Based on this mandate, all necessary details will be submitted to the designated bank for bill settlement. The mandate may be withdrawn or suspended by notifying the Organisation in writing before the due date indicated on the bill. The following documents are required:
- A copy of the bill for which the direct debit mandate is to be made.
- A copy of the identity card or passport (pages showing the signature, photograph and passport number).
- A bank certificate showing the bank account details, including the name of the account holder (debtor), the account number and the IBAN.
2. Online payment
3. At the Organisation’s Cashier Offices: 76 Franklin Roosevelt Avenue, P.O. Box 50225, 3602 Lemesos, Cyprus (former SBLA offices), between 07:45 a.m. and 14:00 p.m.
4. At the Post Offices of Lemesos and Agros, either in cash or by credit card, upon presentation of the bill.
5. At the Community Councils of Agros, Kyperounta, Pelendri, Pano Platres and Pano Kivides, by credit card, upon presentation of the bill.
6. At the self-service payment points for water supply and sewerage bills located in Lysiotis Supermarket in Episkopi and AlphaMega Supermarkets in Linopetra, Kolossi and Trimiklini, by scanning the QR code at the bottom of the bill. (The EOA Lemesos service machines are located in the entrance area of the supermarkets).
7. By post, by sending a cheque payable to EOA LEMESOS - Limassol District Local Government Organisation to the address Franklin Roosevelt Avenue 66–76, P.O. Box 50225, 3602 Lemesos, Cyprus. The cheque must be crossed. The customer number and reference number shown on the front page of the bill must be written on the back of the cheque. Together with the cheque, the payment slip from the bill sent to you must also be enclosed. A receipt will be sent by post to the address registered in the Organisation’s records. Note: Cash must not be sent by post.
After the due date of the bill, an additional charge of 10% (penalty) is imposed on the original amount due for water supply charges (excluding VAT), and an additional charge of 10% on sewerage fees. EOA Lemesos may proceed with the disconnection of the water supply without further notice.

Water supply: at the bottom right of your bill.
Sewerage: The final due date for the 2025 sewerage fees for the areas of Greater Lemesos and the Municipalities of Kourion, Amathus and Polemidia is 27 February 2026.
