Payment of Charges
Payment of sewerage and water bills can be made:
- Automatic settlement of account through banker’s order. Customers who wish to participate in the scheme should apply to the Limassol District Local Government Organisation to sign the relevant order. The statement of account will then be forwarded to the bank that was indicated to us, to settle the bill. The customer can cancel the standing order or postpone the payment of any bill, by informing the Organization before the due date shown on the statement. Necessary documents for the completion of the procedure are the following:

- Copy of the water or sewerage bill
- Copy of the ID/Passport (your signature, your photo and the no of your ID/Passport must be clearly shown.
- Bank Statement showing details of your Bank Account such as Name of the owner of the account, account no. and IBAN no.

- In person at the Limassol District Local Government Organisation Οffices during the following hours: Monday – Friday, 07.45 - 14.00
- By post. By sending a crossed cheque made payable to the “Limassol District Local Government Organisation”, 66-76 Franklin Roosevelt Avenue, 3012 Limassol. Customer number and/or account/reference number shown on your statement should be written at the back of the cheque . Official receipt of the payment will be sent either by post or email to the registered address of the customer. Attention: No cash should be send by post.
Late payments and surcharge
Prompt settlement of bills avoids unnecessary inconvenience and expenses for both the Organization and the customer.
In accordance with article 90 of the Law, a 10% surcharge is imposed on the outstanding amount of the sewerage/water charges (excluding vat) after the expiry of the due date shown on the statement of account.
The Limassol District Local Government Organization may disconnect and/or suspend the water supply in the case of overdue charges without any further notice.
