Enhancing Citizen Services through Digital Access
"Going Online"
With the establishment of the Organisation on July 1st, 2024, and the integration of new water supply and sewerage areas into the Limassol District Local Government Organisation (EOA Lemesos), the number of citizens served by the Organisation has increased significantly. As a result, queues and delays are being observed at the Public Service Department, especially during peak hours.
To address this, EOA Lemesos has expanded its digital services, aiming to ease congestion at service counters and improve the efficiency of request processing. Our goal is to ensure that citizens who are unable to access digital services continue to receive direct, human-centered support without unnecessary waiting at our service points.
To support the transition to online services, the Organization is running a public awareness campaign. Informational leaflets are being mailed together with water bills to all households.

We assure you that bill payments continue as normal at the Organisation’s new service center, where the necessary support is provided to every citizen.
In parallel, the Organisation is actively promoting bill payments through alternative physical payment points, which will be announced in the coming days, aiming to facilitate access for citizens throughout the Limassol District.
At EOA Lemesos, ensuring equal and human-centered service to all citizens — regardless of age or digital skills — remains a constant priority.
