Sewerage Charges for 2025 for property owners of the Communities of Agros, Kyperounta, Pelendri, Pano Platres & Pano Kivides

Are you a property owner in the Communities of Agros, Kyperounta, Pelendri, Pano Platres, and Pano Kivides?

We inform you that the bills for the sewerage charges for the year 2025 were sent via email on March 10, 2026.

Payment deadline: April 30, 2026.

What to do if you did not receive your bill:

  • Complete the contact form: https://eoalemesos.org.cy/el/contact-form to register your email address.
  • Alternatively, contact the Organization’s officers directly at:

Payment Methods for EOΑ Limassol Bills:

Sewerage and water bills can be paid using the following methods:

  • Online – via JCCsmart.com or the website: https://eoalemesos.org.cy/el/payments
  • At the Organization’s cash offices – from 07:45 a.m. to 14:00 p.m.
  • At Post Offices in Limassol and Agros – by cash or card
  • At Community Council offices (Agros, Kyperounta, Pano Platres, Pelendri, Pano Kivides) – by card
  • At self-service payment points – at Lysiotis Supermarket (Episkopi) and AlphaMega (Kolossi, Linopetra, Kapsalos, and Trimiklini) – by card
  • By post – with a crossed cheque payable to EOΑ Limassol (include your customer number and reference number)
  • Automatic payment by bank order – via a signed instruction to EOΑ Limassol

Note:

The 2025 fees have been calculated based on the general valuation of properties as of January 1, 2021.

Charges:

  • 0.5‰ (per thousand) for all properties
  • 1.25‰ (per thousand) for hotels & industrial properties
