The Limassol District Local Government Organisation – EOA Lemesos urges members of the public who identify illegal and/or dangerous buildings to promptly notify the Enforcement and Dangerous Buildings Unit of EOA Lemesos by email at: epivoli@eoalemesos.org.cy.
At the same time, the Organisation calls upon all property owners, as well as the management committees of apartment buildings and other jointly owned buildings, to ensure the proper maintenance, structural adequacy and safety of their premises.
It is hereby reminded that monitoring the condition of a building and taking timely measures for its repair, restoration, and the elimination of hazards is not optional, but a legal obligation of the owners/management committees, aimed at safeguarding public safety and the safety of occupants.
