4. IBAN Certificate

Note: Documents referred to under (2) and (3) must be attached only in case the application for disconnection is submitted by an authorised person instead of the Company director him/herself.

Note: The size of each file/attachment should not exceed 5MB. Otherwise, the e-mail will not be sent.
Also, the total size of all the attachments should not exceed 30MB. In this case too, the e-mail will not be sent.
All attachments must be in .pdf format
