3. Certified authorisation

4. ID card of authorised person

5. Company certificates by the Registrar of Companies

5. Photo of water meter taken on this date

Note 1: Documents referred to under (3) and (4) must be attached only in case the application for re-connection is submitted by an authorised person instead of the company director him/herself.

Note: The size of each file/attachment should not exceed 5MB. Otherwise, the e-mail will not be sent.
Also, the total size of all the attachments should not exceed 30MB. In this case too, the e-mail will not be sent.
All attachments must be in .pdf format
