3. Photo of water meter clearly demonstrating the water meter reading and number (Note 1)*

4. Certified authorisation (Note 2)

5. ID card of authorised person (Note 2)

Note 1: In case more than one premises feature on the same property title deed, photos of all water meter readings must be provided.
Note 2: Documents referred to under (4) and (5) must be attached only in case the application is submitted by an authorised person instead of the owner featuring on the property title deed him/herself.

Note: The size of each file/attachment should not exceed 5MB. Otherwise, the e-mail will not be sent.
Also, the total size of all the attachments should not exceed 30MB. In this case too, the e-mail will not be sent.
All attachments must be in .pdf format
